Wendi Fournier developmental book editor in Michigan based book editor

WENDI FOURNIER is a developmental editor, book coach, published writer, and YA author. Her love of the written word led to the creation of Three Crows Editorial, where she spends her days (and most nights) helping writers achieve their dreams.

As a professional editor, her experience includes critiquing and editing fiction and nonfiction projects, although, her passion lies with fantasy, dystopian, and romance for YA, NA, and adult readers. A lifelong storyteller, she knows firsthand the importance of preserving the individual voice and how authors benefit from the help and support of emotionally invested writing professionals. For this reason, she takes a hands-on approach, becoming one with every writer she works with to uphold the author’s vision and create the best story possible.

Wendi has published numerous articles, short stories, and her first fantasy novel trilogy, The Adriance Chronicles: COPPER SUN, will release in 2025. Her nonfiction work can be seen in several publications, including pieces for the Ian Somerhalder Foundation.

A University of Michigan graduate (Go BLUE!), she is also trained in marketing and works with clients on website design, content development, marketing strategy, blogs, social media, and how not to take oneself too seriously.

When her face isn’t buried in a book, Wendi enjoys lounging with her clan of cats, watching way too many paranormal TV shows (#TVD rules!), perfecting her shield-maiden skills, and exploring our world with her gloriously fierce wolf pack.
